The rules and guidelines for using PhoneTap

The Short Version: PhoneTap is provided by PatronPay, LLC. No contracts, cancel anytime. We can terminate accounts for fraud. Use responsibly, follow local laws, and you must be 18+. Service is "as is" with standard limitations. Questions? Email us at hello@phonetap.app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PhoneTap (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to the PhoneTap mobile application and website operated by PatronPay, LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PhoneTap. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

PhoneTap facilitates payments through third-party processors. You are responsible for compliance with the processor's terms and conditions. We do not store, process, or transmit payment card data — all card information is handled by PCI-compliant third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state in which PatronPay, LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PatronPay, LLC regarding the use of PhoneTap.
